ACL WARRIOR YOGA: For all athletes and non-athletes who have been cleared to participate in yoga after an ACL tear, this is a modified class specially designed for you. With over a decade of personal experience in ACL rehab, I've designed sequences to help keep you strong and stabilized - both mentally and physically. If you’ve torn your ACL, you probably know that regular ACL rehab can be boring, dull, repetitive, and depressing. However, when safe ACL exercises are fused together into a fun sequence with music, motivation, and meditation, it can elevate your experience. You’ll also have a chance to connect with others who’ve been through similar hurdles and “get it”.
