Dr. Steph Allen earned her doctorate of physical therapy from Ithaca College in 2013. She stuck around Ithaca and completed an orthopaedic residency the following year, then decided to give travel PT a try. After almost 2 years of travel PT, she settled in Boston, MA at Boston PT & Wellness. She is now focusing on ACL risk reduction (and educating on the subject wherever possible), as well as strength and conditioning and movement pattern training in youth athletes.

Vincent Nuzzo and Anthony Nuzzo are Integrative Movement Specialists from the Institute for Integrative Health and Fitness Education (seen here with the founder of IIHFE, Dr. Evan Osar). After a lifetime of injuries and surgeries, they have dedicated their lives to helping others, driven by their love for people and fitness.

Vincent is also Fitness Director for UFC Gym and was awarded the Top Coach for the global organization in 2016, 2017, and now 2018 as well. On the other end of the industry, not a part of a corporate mogul, Anthony is the owner/operator of Movement Method Inc. a private practice operating as an Integrative Movement Specialist as well.

Kevin Cheng is a registered physiotherapist at CBI Health Group.He holds a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Queen's University, and a Bachelor of Science - Kinesiology degree from the University of Waterloo. Throughout his career, he has worked at various settings in the GTA, and has helped many patients in making optimal recovery from an ACL injury.
